 背景介紹

巨細(xì)胞病毒(CMV)感染是術(shù)后一種常見的并發(fā)癥，也是術(shù)后早期主要的感染和死亡原因。據(jù)報(bào)道，CMV活動(dòng)性感染率在腎移植受者中為50-75%，其中有10-30%的患者發(fā)展為有癥狀的CMV活動(dòng)性感染。人外周血CMV pp65的檢測可以幫助診斷急性或復(fù)發(fā)性CMV感染，荷蘭IQ 公司研發(fā)的CMV Brite Turbo Kit能在EDTA或肝素化的抗凝人外周血中，以免疫熒光的方法快速檢測CMV pp65,在病人中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。

試劑盒特點(diǎn)

- 完整的CMV Brite Turbo Kit含有從細(xì)胞分離到免疫熒光染色所需的全部試劑

- 通過間接免疫熒光法檢測CMV pp65陽性 PMNs, 靈敏度高，且結(jié)果易讀
